Citizen Card

The citizen card is free with proof of residence. This card is renewable every two years and gives access to different town services (Parc du Domaine Vert, free swimming, free skating, tennis courts and library).

The presence of a parent is required for the subscription of a youth under 16 years old.

A non-resident card, exclusively for library services, is available at a cost of $90 or $75 for people 60 years of age and older.

The subscription allows you to borrow up to 20 items for a period of four weeks, with a limit of :

  • 4 DVDS
  • 1 board game
  • 2 vinyl records
In case of loss, a replacement fee of $5 will be charged.

HOW TO GET IT

You can come to the library (339, Grande-Côte Road) and provide proof of identity and residency or proceed online by sending your information to biblio@ville.rosemere.qc.ca for each member of your family who would like to receive the card:

  • First and last name
  • Date of birth
  • Complete civil address
  • E-mail address
  • Telephone number
  • PROOF OF RESIDENCE REQUIRED (attached)
We will contact you by email as soon as your card is ready. You will then be able to pick up your card via our pick-up service.
