Council Meeting
This meeting will be held at 7:30 p.m. in Town Hall; however, in order to
comply with physical distancing rules, all residents will not be allowed in the
Council room during the meeting, but a limited number of citizens will be able
to pre-register for the plenary sessions before the meeting or for the live
question period.
Every resident will nevertheless be able to view the meeting live on the Town's
website via webcast.
Registration for
the plenary sessions | Starting at 6:30 p.m.
Residents who wish to discuss matters with Council members may do so by
registering via email at fbelanger@ville.rosemere.qc.ca
no later than 3 p.m. on August 17 on a first-come, first-served basis. There
will be two plenary sessions with a maximum of 6 residents per session, one
starting at 6:30 p.m. and the other at 7 p.m.
Registration for
the question period
Residents who have questions may either:
- Send their question by email before 3 p.m. on the day of the meeting to fbelanger@ville.rosemere.qc.ca, and must indicate, in the email, both their full name and the street they live on.
- Pre-register to the live question period before 3 p.m. on the day of the meeting to fbelanger@ville.rosemere.qc.ca in order to ask their question in person.

note that a face covering is mandatory inside Town Hall.
