The firm LBP Évaluateurs agréés, mandated by the Town, is updating the assessment roll of all the properties on the town's territory.
To do so, they must visit your property in accordance with section 36.1 of the Act respecting municipal taxation.
You will soon receive a letter from our assessors inviting you to fill out an online form via a unique access code.
The information collected forms part of your property file, which is a fundamental part of the process of preparing and maintaining the property assessment roll.
Free access to your property is important. The assessor must be able to visit your property, examine it and ask you some questions to complete your file. When the assessor comes to you, he or she must have identification and a letter signed by the Town's Clerk's Office.
