Rosemère Housing Policy 2026-2046
On July 6, 2026, the Town Council adopted its very first Housing Policy, titled “Live, thrive, and stay in Rosemère, 2026–2046.” The Town is moving from vision to action by establishing a clear roadmap to plan and guide residential development over the next twenty years, while preserving the green character and quality of life that define it.The result of a collaborative effort involving the management committee, members of the council, and nearly 500 residents, the Policy pays particular attention to people aged 55 and older, a group expected to grow significantly.
Its goal is to better align housing development with the needs of the population, while preserving Rosemère’s quality of life and identity.
