Mission
The Information Technologies Division's mission is to provide Rosemère’s municipal organization as a whole with the computer equipment, software and technical support needed to carry out its activities.
At your service
Under the responsibility of the Finance Department, the Division has a division head and a full-time technician. When needed, they have access to an outside consultant.
Fields of intervention
Dedicated exclusively to the municipal organization, the Information Technologies Division manages a complete computer network connected by optical fibre. It offers employees:
- the acquisition, installation and maintenance of computer equipment, photocopiers and fax machines
- emergency maintenance and technical support to the equipment’s various users
- the updating of various applications and operating software.
