Rosemerites who wish to speak with Mayor Westram and/or one of the Town Councillors about a topic of concern are invited to come and meet them in the library’s atrium from 9:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m., according to the established dates.

Unless otherwise noted, the Mayor's Breakfast is held at the Library on the 3rd Saturday of each month from 9:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. except for the months of July, August and December, when it takes a break.
