Recycling

Recyclable materials collected by the Town of Rosemère are sent to the Tricentris centre.

The first two questions to ask when sorting your materials are:

  • Is the item I want to put in my bin made of paper, cardboard, plastic, glass or metal?
  • Is the item in question a container, packaging or print material?

If the answer is yes, chances are your item is recyclable, but there are points to bear in mind, with regards to certain plastics, for example.

For full information on accepted materials, go to tricentris.com
Also refer to the Town’s pick-up calendar.

Important: Your recycling bin belongs to the Town of Rosemère. However, the owner of the property to which it has been assigned is responsible for its maintenance. In the event of a move, the bin must remain on the property.

For any technical questions regarding collection operations, or if you need a bin for household waste, recyclable materials or organics waste, contact Public Works at 450 621-3500, ext. 3300 or by e-mail at travauxpublics@ville.rosemere.qc.ca.
