Meditation Break with Véronique Pierre

Learn to meditate and develop the skills that will help you make this discipline a healthy part of your day. Véronique Pierre introduces you to 4 different types of meditation drawn from the field of yoga, in an order that allows your mind to progressively absorb the principles underlying the effective practice of meditation.

If you register, you are required to attend all workshops:
