Back-to-the-Earth Day

Join us for this family-friendly environmental event!  Many booths will be set up in Town Hall parking lot and many prizes will be raffled during the day. 

When: Saturday, May 25, from 8 a.m. to noon

COMPOST AVAILABLE

The compost distribution operation is now done in bulk in order to have a more ecological approach. 

When: from May 14 to June 9
Where: at the Ecocentre, according to opening hours


Bring your buckets!


Citizens are welcome to pick up the equivalent of 80 liters, or about one wheelbarrow of compost per family. Shovels are provided, but citizens must bring their own containers. 

  • No registration is required.
  • No sale of compost.
  • No plastic bags or containers will be provided by the Town.


There will also be ramial wood chips available for pickup. They make an excellent mulch!
