COVID-19 - Update December 17, 2021

In an effort to ensure the well-being of its population while complying with the new directives issued on December 16 by the government, the Town of Rosemère is informing you of the updated measures.

Town Hall and municipal buildings

Town Hall and all municipal buildings remain open to citizens, but appointments and electronic communications are recommended (info@ville.rosemere.qc.ca or 450 621-3500).

To ensure the safety of staff and citizens, telecommuting will be encouraged for Town employees. Rest assured that they will remain available and mobilized, and that any urgent requests or special situations will be handled appropriately.

Town Council Special Meeting of December 20

The capacity will be reduced to 10 people in order to respect social distancing. Citizens wishing to attend will have to reserve their place and present their proof of vaccination. For more details, click here.

Outdoor skating rinks

In order to offer Rosemerites the possibility to move more during this time of pandemic, the outdoor skating rinks will be accessible when they are scheduled to open (depending on the weather).

Indoor free skating

The number of people allowed to skate will be 25 at a time, for a period of 30 consecutive minutes to allow everyone to enjoy it. People will be admitted on a first come, first served basis and proof of vaccination is required.
