FREE FITNESS CLASSES

Starting May 17, the Town of Rosemère is pleased to offer these citizens live, virtual fitness classes taught by professional trainers.


The session will last 6 weeks, but you can join at any time.


The classes are free and no registration is required. Simply click on the Zoom link for the course you are interested in at the time listed on the calendar. There will be no replay.


The Zoom platform is accessible on your cell phone, tablet or computer. Take advantage of this opportunity to get out and train in the sun!

ACTIVE RECUPERATION / MONDAY, NOON – 12:45 P.M.

30 minutes of gentle exercises to relax your muscles and gain mobility and flexibility. The sequence is the same for each session in order to see improvements for the targeted exercises.

The ideal program for a well-rounded workout. Interval training. The program includes a warm-up, a cardio period and full-body strength training. Suitable for all physical conditions!
