A program of cardiovascular, muscular and stretching exercises will be presented in the format of games, challenges and exchanges between participants.
These workshops are mainly aimed at young adolescents, but other members of their families are invited to participate. The family plays a central role in encouraging young people to adopt an active lifestyle, hence the mission of these workshops!

Required equipment: Mat and elastic band or weight and dumbbells (alternative body weight provided by the coach)
Description: A perfect program for global training. Interval training, the program includes a warm-up, a cardiovascular period and strength training for the whole body. Suitable for all physical conditions!
