Community Services offer free virtual activities to entertain you during the lockdown.

Saturday 2:00 p.m.: Sports training for 9 to 15 years old

Saturday, January 30 and February 6, 2 p.m.

A program of cardiovascular, muscular and stretching exercises will be presented in the format of games, challenges and exchanges between participants.

These workshops are mainly aimed at young adolescents, but other members of their families are invited to participate. The family plays a central role in encouraging young people to adopt an active lifestyle, hence the mission of these workshops!

Tuesday from Noon to 1:00 p.m.: Workout during your lunch hour: Cardio-Muscle Training

Beginning Tuesday, January 26 for 6 weeks

Adults

Required equipment: Mat and elastic band or weight and dumbbells (alternative body weight provided by the coach)

Description: A perfect program for global training. Interval training, the program includes a warm-up, a cardiovascular period and strength training for the whole body. Suitable for all physical conditions!

Wednesday 10:00 am to 11:00 am: Training for the 50+ : Cardio-Vitality

Start January 27 for 6 weeks

50 years old and over

Required equipment: Mat and elastic band or weight and dumbbells (alternative body weight provided by the coach)

Description: At your own pace for a smooth progression: Interval training without jumps, the program includes a warm-up, a cardiovascular period and strength training for the whole body. Get in shape with peace of mind and get into Zoom training with this safe and moderate workout.
