Gardening Bazaar and Tour of the Secret Gardens

On Sunday, July 12, starting at 9:30 a.m., join us at Hamilton House for the Gardening Bazaar and celebrate the beauty of nature and a shared passion for horticulture.

This day is filled with fun activities for the whole family. Residents will be able to purchase plants, pots, tools, antiques, and various secondhand gardening accessories. In addition, Christmas decorations and used furniture will also be on sale at affordable prices. This collection of items donated by the community helps give a second life to items in good condition while raising funds for a good cause*.

At lunchtime, visitors are invited to bring a picnic and enjoy it in this colorful setting. It will be an opportunity to stroll through the themed gardens at Maison Hamilton and learn more about monarch butterfly conservation and habitat creation! In addition, local artists will exhibit their paintings, and musicians will add a festive touch to this event that blends art with nature.

Tour of the Secret Gardens

Set out to discover horticultural wonders in private gardens open to the public. This activity offers a glimpse into the private grounds of magnificent properties, where you can admire the landscaping. Each visitor must pay $10 to receive a map listing the addresses of the secret gardens. Tickets will be on sale only on July 12 at the Hamilton House located at 106 Grande-Côte Road.

* Proceeds from the day’s events (sales of secondhand items and the secret garden tour) will be donated to the respite care organization Les Petits Plaisirs.
