Due to the current pandemic, the regular meeting of the Town Council on Monday, January 17, 2022 will be held via video conference. Citizens will be able to view the Council meeting live via webcast.

Plenary

Plenary is held prior to the Council meeting from 6:45 p.m. to 7:15 p.m. It is an opportunity to have an informal, virtual discussion with Mayor Westram and Town Councillors on issues that are not on the Council agenda.

Citizens wishing to participate should send an e-mail to greffe@ville.rosemere.qc.ca by noon on January 17, 2022, providing their full name and address. A login link will be emailed to those registered. 

Question Period

Citizens with questions should email greffe@ville.rosemere.qc.ca by noon on January 17, 2022, with the following information:

• Their question.
• Their full name.
• The street on which they live.

The questions will be read by the Clerk (so citizens will not ask their own question during the Zoom) and citizens will be able to find out the answer from their elected officials by watching the live webcast or its recording which will be archived on our WebTV provider's website within 48 hours.

In order to encourage participation, the Town is asking citizens to register for only one of these two events.
