In the interest of greater transparency and better communication with residents, we are pleased to offer live webcasts of Town Council meetings. To help you follow the meeting, consult the Agenda ( see left section of this web page). Enjoy!


Council meeting calendar

Unless otherwise mentioned, the regular meetings are held on the second Monday of the month, at 7:30 p.m., at the Town Hall, 100 Charbonneau Street.

Procedure to be determined based on COVID-19. Watch our communication platforms for details. However, citizens will be able to view regular meetings on the City's website via live webcast.

This meeting will be held at 7:30 p.m. at the Town Hall. In order to respect the physical distancing rules, citizens who wish to attend the meeting or participate in one of the two plenary sessions before the meeting must register by e-mail at greffe@ville.rosemere.qc.ca before 3 p.m. on the day of the meeting. In order to allow a maximum number of citizens to exchange in person with elected officials, we encourage registration for the plenary or the meeting, since places are limited to 6 citizens at a time. The first-come, first-served basis will be applied.

Every resident will nevertheless be able to view the meeting live on the Town's website via webcast.

Registration for the plenary sessions | 2 periods of 20 minutes each

Residents who wish to discuss matters with Council members are invited to register at a pre-meeting plenary session by e-mailing greffe@ville.rosemere.qc.ca before 3 p.m. on the day of the meeting. In order to allow a maximum number of citizens to exchange in person with elected officials, there will be two plenary sessions of 20 minutes each, with a maximum of 6 citizens per period, one starting at 6:30 p.m. and the other at 7 p.m. We will assign you the time of your period.

Have a question for City Council?

Please email your question before 3 p.m. on the day of the session to greffe@ville.rosemere.qc.ca , indicating your full name and the street you live on.

Citizens attending the session will be able to ask their question during the live question period.


Please note that a face covering is mandatory inside Town Hall.
