This page lists the main urban planning regulations and documents currently in effect in the Town of Rosemère. The documents published here are provided for informational purposes and are updated periodically to reflect regulatory changes adopted by Town Council. In the event of any discrepancy between a document published on this page and the official version, the official version prevails.
Several amendments to the urban planning by-laws were adopted by Town Council and took effect on June 19, 2026. The amendments concern the following by-laws:
• R 801-71 – Zoning
• R 803-11 – Subdivision
• R 1005-02 – Bylaw on Site Planning and Architectural Integration Plans (SPAIP)
• R 1006-01 – Bylaw on Permits and Certificates
Specification schedules C-03, C-139, C-140, C-164, and C-165 have also been updated. The downloadable documents available on this page have been modified to reflect these changes.
