COVID-19 - Update of April 9, 2020

Watch the mayor's video

The Town invites you to watch Mayor Eric Westram's new video released today.

Easter break: let’s keep our distance!

With the Easter break about to begin, the Town would like to remind citizens of the importance of respecting social distancing guidelines. Although Easter is usually an opportunity to reunite with family and loved ones, it is essential to maintain your good behaviours in order to avoid the spread of the virus. Thanks to technology, you will still be able to share beautiful moments with your loved ones! Don't hesitate to use platforms such as Zoom, FaceTime and Skype to celebrate Easter... virtually!

Gatherings: when to intervene?

Watch the Sûreté du Québec clip that explains in what context it is pertinent or not to contact the police to denounce a gathering. Watch this clip on the SQ Facebook page by clicking here.

Friendly Calls: Town officials and staff want to talk to you!

With the Easter break, the "Friendly Calls" service remains in operation! If you are feeling lonely or isolated, do not hesitate to contact us. Our elected officials and employees look forward to hearing from you! Call us at 450 621-3500, ext. 7384 and specify that you would like to receive a " Friendly Call". We will be happy to call you back this weekend. Don't hesitate, we're here for you!

Council meeting of April 14

This meeting will be held by videoconference, in order to respect social distancing guidelines. Citizens will be able to view it live on the Town’s website via webcast. Please note that there will be no open discussion period prior to the session.

Citizens with questions should send them to mcthemens@ville.rosemere.qc.ca before 4 p.m. on April 14, indicating their full name and the street on which they live.
