Since August 18, the Town of Rosemère offers a new service providing immediate issuance of permits for certain residential renovation projects. This service applies to many non-structural interior renovations as well as certain routine maintenance work that does not alter the exterior appearance of the building.

If your project is eligible, you will be able to complete your application entirely online. Once you have submitted the required documents, answered the compliance questions and completed the payment, you will receive your permit by email within minutes.

This new service is designed to simplify administrative procedures, reduce processing times and provide a faster, more efficient customer experience, while maintaining all applicable regulatory requirements. The faster process does not change municipal requirements: residents must still confirm that their project complies with municipal regulations and provide all required documentation.
