Major repairs are planned at the main pumping station of the Régie intermunicipale d'assainissement des eaux de Sainte-Thérèse et Blainville (RIAESTB)

Although the RIAESTB doesn’t serve the citizens of the Town of Rosemère, the RIAESTB would like to inform us that major repairs will be undertaken at the main pumping station located near 117 Road.

From 9 p.m. on Monday, October5, until 5a.m. on Tuesday, October6, 2020, the pumping station will have to be shut down so that the work can be carried out. As a result, wastewater will be temporarily discharged into the Mille-Îles river.

No impact on drinking water

These operations will have no impact on the quality of the drinking water distributed. It will be safe to drink the water during and after the work.

The RIAESTB advises us to avoid any contact with the water of the Mille-Îles river during the work period. If you have any questions, please contact 450-434-1440.
