We are currently taking applications from individuals aged 16 or older to add to our list of election staff for voting day on November 2 and advance polling on October 26, 2025.

 The positions to be filled are the following:

• Deputy returning officer
• Poll clerk
• Member of the identity verification panel.

Anyone wishing to apply for one of these positions must complete the application form (English to come) and submit it either:

• By email to electionsrh@ville.rosemere.qc.ca, or
• In person at Rosemère Town Hall (100 Charbonneau Street).

Selected applicants will be contacted in early autumn.
