Honoured citizen
The next edition of the Honoured Citizen ceremony will be held in 2027.
This event aims to recognize exceptional individuals and organizations whose commitment helps improve the quality of life of Rosemère residents or promotes the Town of Rosemère beyond its borders. Honoured Citizen represents the highest honorary distinction awarded by the Town of Rosemère.

Do you know
a citizen or a community organization who has made a meaningful contribution to the well-being of the people
in our community or helped raise the town’s profile?
These
awards are given out every two years to celebrate outstanding individuals and
organizations in the following categories:
Culture Community Sports Environment Humanitarian Education Youth Business Science Technologies and
new media Posthumous
Eligibility criteria
- Be a native or resident of the town of Rosemère or a recognized organization based in Rosemère.
- The nomination must be submitted by a third party.
- The citizen or organization must have distinguished themself locally, regionally, nationally or internationally.
- The citizen or organization must have significantly distinguished themself through their commitment and influence.
