At the Town of Rosemère, we are committed to providing a healthy, inclusive, stimulating, and caring work environment for both our municipal employees and all citizens.

It is in this spirit that the Town decided to take concrete action to promote harmonious relations by adopting the Municipal Code of Conduct and Civility at the municipal council meeting on September 8, 2025. In short, in our municipality, there is zero tolerance for incivility.

This code aims to encourage interactions marked by respect, collaboration, courtesy, and listening: values we all share. Disrespectful behavior, even when it may seem harmless, has a real impact on the well-being of staff, but also on the effectiveness of municipal services provided to the public.

By adopting this code, the Town reaffirms its commitment to making its community a place where kindness and respect guide every interaction.
