Public Consultation on the Regional Hub's specific Urban Development Plan

On September 10, 2025 at 6:30 p.m., a public consultation will be held on the Special Urban Planning Program (PPU) for the regional hub at the Rosemère Community Center (202, Grande-Côte Road). This public consultation follows those held in spring 2025 on the same subject.

The public consultation assembly on September 10, which will take place under the Planning and Development Act, will specifically focus on draft by-law 800-06, which aims to modify the urban planning plan to ensure its consistency with the modified Land Use and Development Plan of the MRC Thérèse-De Blainville (By-law No. 24-02) and to integrate the special urban planning plan (PPU) of the regional hub. The by-law notably introduces a multifunctional designation for this sector and specifies minimum redevelopment densities.

To participate in this public consultation, interested citizens must register (as places are limited), no later than September 8, 2025 before noon, by sending an email to communications@ville.rosemere.qc.ca or by calling 450-621-3500, extension 1249.

Citizens wishing to submit a brief as part of this public consultation must mention this when registering. These citizens will be required to present the highlights on September 10, 2025.

The consultation assembly will proceed as follows:

  1. Opening remarks
  2. Mayor's address
  3. Summary presentation of the regional hub SPP project
  4. Presentation of briefs received
  5. Citizens' question/comment period
  6. Closing remarks
